✅ Step 1: Go to “Today’s Check-ins”

When the pet parent arrives, go to the Today Check-ins section and click the “Check-In” button next to their booking.

🔍 Step 2: Verify Booking & Pet Details

Make sure all the booking info is correct:

Booking Information:

• Check-in: Jul 25, 2025

• Check-out: Jul 31, 2025

• Total Pets: 1

• Status: Confirmed

Owner Info:

• Name: Shifa Meow

• Email: [e-mail]

• Phone: xxxxx

• Emergency Contact: xxxx

Pet Details:

• Name: Mojo

• Breed: Aegean

• Gender: Male

• Age: 1 year

• Weight: 3kg

• Assigned Room: Cozy Room (101)

📝 Step 3: Add Special Care Instructions

Fill in care details for Mojo:

• 🥣 Diet: Feeding schedule, allergies, etc.

• 💊 Medication: Any medications or treatments

• 🐾 Behavior: Temperament, fear triggers

• 🎒 Belongings: Toys, blankets, food from home

🔄 These instructions will be saved to Mojo’s profile automatically for future visits.

📷 Step 4: Take Pet Identification Photo

Click “Take Photo” to snap Mojo’s picture. Helps your staff identify and care for him during his stay!

Check everything one last time:

• ✅ Instructions added (if any)

• ✅ Photo uploaded

Click “Complete Check-In”
