✍️ Add New Staff Member
When adding a new staff member, you’ll fill in the following details:
First & Last Name
Email & Phone Number
Roles (e.g. Groomer, Receptionist, Manager)
Status: Active / Inactive
Position Title (e.g. Senior Groomer)
Hire Date (📅 dd/mm/yyyy)
Rate Per Hour 💸
Bank Details (for payroll):
Bank Account Name
Bank Account Number
ID Type & ID Number (e.g. NRIC, Passport)
✅ Click Add Staff to save.

🧩 Staff Roles & Permissions
Each role defines what staff can see and do in your system:
Administrator
Full access
Everything (Owner level)
Manager
Limited admin
Staff, CRM, Invoicing, etc.
Receptionist
Front desk ops
CRM, Invoicing
Groomer
Grooming only
CRM, Grooming
Boarding Staff
Boarding only
CRM, Boarding
Inventory Manager
Product & POS
POS, Inventory
Trainee
Limited access

➡️ You can edit or delete roles anytime.
💰 Calculate Grooming Commissions
To calculate and send commissions:
Go to “Calculate Commission” section.
System auto-calculates based on completed grooming sessions.
Staff will receive email notifications with commission summary.
⚠️ Make sure grooming appointments are properly marked as Completed.
💡 Pro Tips
💼 Add staff early to assign bookings and track responsibilities.
🗓️ Set hire dates and rates for grooming commission/export reports.
🔐 Use roles to control access — e.g., Groomers shouldn’t see invoices.
📬 Make sure staff email is correct for receiving notifications.
