Running a promo or rewarding loyal pet parents? You can easily do this with the Rewards & Coupons section.

🎫 Create New Coupon
Click the “Create Coupon” button to get started. Then fill in the details:
✍️ Step-by-Step:
Coupon Name: Unique code, e.g.
MEOW30,PAWFIVE,GROOM10Discount: Enter value (e.g.
30for 30%)Discount Type: Choose between:
Percentage (%) – e.g. 10% off
Fixed – e.g. $10 off
Expiry Date: When the coupon will no longer be valid (e.g.
31/08/2025)Redemption Limit: How many times the coupon can be used (e.g.
1,100, etc.)Booking Duration Start & End (optional): Useful for promos valid for specific dates only (e.g. Merdeka week).
Applicable Services: Select where the coupon can be used:
✅ Boarding
✅ Grooming
✅ POS Items
Active Status: Toggle to activate or disable the coupon.
