But don’t worry—you can also create invoices manually if needed!

📌 How to Manually Create an Invoice

1. Click “Create Invoice”

2. Fill in the invoice details:

📝 Invoice Info

• Tax Name: e.g., SST

• Tax ID (optional): e.g., XXXX-123

• Invoice Number: Auto-generated (e.g., MEOW4810)

• Invoice Date: e.g., 28/07/2025

• Due Date: e.g., 11/08/2025

👤 Customer Info

• Select your customer from the list.

🛒 Add Invoice Items

Choose how you want to charge:

• ➕ Add Custom Item

• 🐾 Add Boarding (auto pulls booking info)

• ✂️ Add Grooming (coming soon)

• 🛍️ Add Product (from POS)

Each item will include:

• Description

• Pet (if applicable)

• Price

• Qty

• Total

💸 Discounts & Coupons

• Enter coupon code (if any) and click Apply

• Manual discount also possible by % (e.g., 10%)

💬 Notes

• Add any extra payment notes or special instructions.

Example breakdown:

Subtotal:        $100.00
Discount (10%): -$10.00
Sales Tax (7%):   $6.30

🔄 Optional: Recurring Invoice

Need to bill customers regularly? Turn on the Recurring Invoice toggle.

💼 Settings for Invoicing & Tax

You can adjust:

• Tax Name – e.g., SST, VAT

• Tax ID – Optional business registration (e.g., XXX-123)

• Tax Rate – e.g., 7%

• Invoice Prefix – Customize invoice number prefix (e.g., MEOW, PAW, INV)

Make sure to Save Tax & Invoice Settings ✅

✉️ Send or Save the Invoice

After filling in all the info:

• 💾 Save as Draft – Work on it later

• 📤 Save & Send – Send invoice via email

• 📧 Customers receive invoice & payment instructions by email
