🏡 Pet Family Manager Overview

When you enter the CRM dashboard, you’ll see:

• 🔍 Search Bar – Look up by pet name, parent name, email, or phone

• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Pet Families List – All your existing customers

• ➕ Add New Family – Create a new pet parent profile

• 📥 Import – Bulk import pet families from a file (coming soon)

👨‍👩‍👧 Step-by-Step: Add a New Pet Parent

Click “Add New Family”, then fill in:

👤 Basic Info:

• First Name & Last Name

• Email (optional but helps for reminders)

• Mobile Phone Number

✅ Example:

Name: John Smith  
Email: [e-mail]  
Phone: [phone]

Click “Create Pet Parent” to save!

🐾 Add a New Pet to a Pet Parent

Once you’ve created a new pet parent, you can add their furkid:

1. Click “Add Pet”

2. Fill in pet details:

🐕 Pet Info:

• Pet Name

• Pet Type: Dog, Cat, or Others

• Gender

• Birth Date (dd/mm/yyyy)

• Breed

• Weight (in lbs or kg)

• Color(s) – Tick from preset list (e.g. White, Brown, Spotted)

• Microchip Number (if available)

Click “Add Pet” to save 🎉

✏️ Edit Pet Profile

To view or update an existing pet’s details:

• Click on the pet’s name (e.g. Hype) from the family list

• You’ll see full profile sections:

🩺 Pet Profile Tabs:

• Basic Info – Edit name, age, breed, weight, etc.

• Medical – Add vet records, vaccine info

• Notes – Add general notes or alerts

• Behavior – Mention temperament or handling needs

• Feeding – Add dietary instructions or allergies
