To manage your subscription—whether you want to cancel, switch billing cycles, or change which modules you use—just follow these steps:

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Go to Subscription Settings: 👉 https://www.gopetai.com/dashboard/settings#subscription

  2. Click on: ✅ "Access Customer Portal" (scroll to the bottom of the page)

  3. Inside the Customer Portal, you can:

    • ❌ Cancel your current subscription

    • ➕/➖ Add or remove modules (e.g., Grooming, Boarding, POS)

    • 💳 Update payment methods

    • 📥 View & download invoices/receipts

    • 🔁 Switch from monthly to annual billing (save 20%)

📌 Reminder:

  • Cancelled modules will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
