✂️ How to Complete Grooming Check-Out on GoPet AI
You’ve done the grooming — now it’s time to wrap it up and notify the pet parent! Let’s walk through the Ready for Pickup and Check-Out process.

📢 Step 1: Mark as Ready for Pickup
Once the grooming session is complete:
Click the “Ready for Pickup” button
✅ System will automatically send an email notification to the pet parent letting them know their furkid is ready!
👨👩👧 Step 2: Check-Out When Pet Parent Arrives
When the pet parent comes to collect their pet, click the “Check-Out” button next to the appointment.
You’ll be taken to the Grooming Check-Out Page.
📋 Step 3: Review Appointment Summary
Make sure all grooming details are correct:

📸 This helps show the transformation & builds trust with pet parents!
📝 Step 5: Add Groomer Notes
Include grooming session notes, such as:
Any behavior observations
Reactions to products
Suggestions for the next grooming
✍️ Example: "Summer was calm throughout the session. Flea treatment applied successfully. Recommend recheck in 3 weeks."
These notes will be included in the summary email to the pet parent.
💸 Step 6: Finalize Check-Out
Click “Complete Check-Out”
System will mark service as done ✅
You’ll have the option to send the completion summary email to the pet parent
